1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Gretify, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of service

Gretify is a mobile application that helps you remember important dates (birthdays, name days, anniversaries) and generates personalised SMS messages using AI. The service is provided "as is".

3. Subscriptions

• Gretify offers a free tier and a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly)
• Premium includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers
• Payment is charged through your Apple ID after the trial ends
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Gretify to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages or harassing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the application
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

5. AI-generated content

Messages are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI. Gretify is not responsible for the content of AI-generated messages. You are responsible for reviewing messages before sending them.

6. Limitation of liability

Gretify and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from use of the application, including missed occasions, inappropriate AI-generated content, or service interruptions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Gretify after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
